ICE and IME delineation in Bacillota genomes

What is Ouiza

Ouiza delineates ICEs and IMEs in bacterial genomes using case-based reasoning: expert-curated delineation cases are reused to delineate new elements.

Built on ICEscreen predictions, Ouiza currently delineates tyrosine and serine integrases targeting tRNA genes – isolated, tandem, or nested (tRNA disruption) elements.

Tandem elements Nested elements

Input and Output

Provide an NCBI genome ID or upload your own GenBank and FASTA file.

An ICEscreen output file is mandatory to run the delineation.

The delimitation results are given in 3 ways :

  • -A table (excel file)
  • -An execution trace (text file)
  • -An image (png file)
